The Complaints and Compliance Team is a small, supportive team responsible for managing student complaints, appeals, and disciplinary processes, as well as Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests. We ensure the University meets its regulatory obligations in these areas.

We are seeking a flexible and motivated individual to provide high-quality administrative support to the Senior Complaints & Compliance Officer. This includes handling student complaints and appeals, processing data requests under GDPR, maintaining records and trackers, and supporting formal meetings and hearings through preparation and minute-taking.

Strong IT skills, a methodical approach, and attention to detail are essential. You must have experience in handling student complaints or appeals and in maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both staff and students are key.

Please note, this role is not open to current UWL students.

This is a full-time, campus-based role.
