Marketing Officer

The Department 

This post sits within UWL’s Campaigns Team which focuses on creating effecting advertising campaigns to recruit prospective students for both undergraduate and postgraduate study.  The team also produce positive and engaging promotional material to support the University.  The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications and Events, Recruitment, Digital and Admissions Teams. 

The Role  

This is a varied and dynamic role with opportunities to plan, implement, manage and report on a range of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support student recruitment.  

The Person 

You will have extensive experience of working in marketing and organising campaigns. We are looking for someone with excellent advisory and interpersonal skills, as well as good copy writing skills and customer interface qualities. You will need to have the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative, and experience of analysing and reporting on data is essential, as is a flexible, proactive approach.
