The Department 

This role will be based in the Research and Enterprise Operations Department, which is responsible for supporting the growth of research, knowledge exchange and commercial activity of the University.

The Role 

The key focus of this role is providing a high level of support to a range of academic colleagues across the University and our key external partners to ensure our research relationships work well.   The post holder will support and develop UWL’s research staff, their research activity and assist in growing the volume and quality of UWL’s research and its impact.

The Person

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is extremely well organised and has a good eye for a developing new opportunity, and ensuring they are successfully delivered. We are seeking someone who is highly effective and innovative to support the diverse work we do, both with a range of externals and internal organisations.  The ideal candidate will be able to both support bidding for research funds and support post-award coordination and delivery.

This post would be ideal for a post-Doctoral candidate seeking a career in research support.
