The College

The Role  

We are looking for an individual that will be able to facilitate the smooth running of the educational training restaurants to a high standard of food preparation, cooking and service.  

The individual will train and develop students and apprentices according to the level of the course being undertaken and participate in student assessments.  

This appointment requires a flexible approach to working hours. 

The Person 

This role requires up-to-date knowledge of the food and hospitality industry including relevant qualification. The individual selected for this position must have excellent culinary skills, proven experience of menu compilation, costing and sustainability and be a key team player. 

Our chef trainer will be enthusiastic about being actively involved in training, mentoring and assessment of students within Pillars training kitchen.
