Learning & Organisational Development Co-ordinator (Part Time - 21 Hours Per Week)

This newly created role is based in the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team which is responsible for the continuous development of all members of staff across the university.

The L&OD team is expanding its provision in new and exciting ways and this role will be an integral part of that expansion. The role will support the Learning & Organisational Development function to implement it’s growing and ambitious projects and initiatives.

This role with provide a first class administrative support to all learning and organisational development activates including answering queries, organising events and workshops, using systems to produce and analyses data.

We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys creating and improving processes and building and growing their new role.  

The successful applicant will have experience in an administrative role, have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a high degree of IT literacy and an eye for detail.
