The Department 

This post sits within UWL’s Recruitment and Customer Relationships Team which is responsible for the University’s UK student recruitment and outreach activity and for supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications and Events, Campaigns, Digital and Admissions Teams.

 The Role

 The Customer Relationship Coordinator is part of a small Customer Relationship Team which manages prospective student communications from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The post holder will assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of conversion communications and activities and will support the team in managing prospective student enquiries via a variety of media, including phone and email. 

The Person 

You will have experience of working in CRM/email marketing or campaign management and be confident working with and manipulating data. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as is exceptional attention to detail and a high level of IT literacy, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. We are looking for someone who is an excellent team player with a proactive, flexible approach and a methodical, systematic way of thinking.
