An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative mental health or adult nursing educator to join our team of dedicated academics to support the delivery of courses in nursing and healthcare at UG and PG level. In particular we are interested in applicants with a strong interest in community nursing, leadership, public health and/or biosciences.

The academic team, together with the support of administrative and technical staff, deliver programmes to student nurses, and nursing associate students across our London and Reading campuses. Essential to this position will be the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare providers in Berkshire, North Hampshire, Surrey, and West London.
 
The successful candidates will have strong knowledge in their specialist areas of mental health or adult nursing and/or healthcare. An excellent appreciation of the NMC (2018) Future Nurse: Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses is essential. Candidates should demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, other academics, clinical practitioners, and with our support and technical staff. They will be expected to develop and deliver learning material that is relevant, evidence-based and current, in order to maintain the high quality of learning and teaching associated with the college.
