The College - 

The College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare (CNMH) is a major provider of education in London and Berkshire, delivering high quality, dynamic courses, using a variety of innovative teaching and learning methods, at all academic levels (undergraduate to doctoral).  Find out more about our work

The Role - 

The academic team, together with the support of administrative and technical staff, deliver programmes to a wide variety of courses including Nursing at Pre and Post registration, Nursing Associate, Midwifery Social Work, Paramedics, Operating Department Practitioners and Health Promotion and Public Health across our London and Reading campuses. Essential to this position will be the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with departments within the University and with our Practice Learning Partners in Berkshire, North Hampshire, Surrey, and West London.

The Person - 

Candidates will need to demonstrate highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with students, other academics, clinical practitioners, and with support and technical staff. You will be expected contribute to the development and delivery of learning material that is relevant, innovative, evidence-based and current, in order to maintain the high quality of learning and teaching associated with the college.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) but part-time applications will be considered. 

An enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this post (to be undertaken upon appointment)
