The Department 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the core professional administrative team within the Registry department. The post holder will provide high quality administrative support for the Schools/Colleges and deliver a range of core activities, including assisting with preparation for assessment boards and being first point of contact for student enquiries.  

The Role 


You will cover a range of duties and undertake the administration of a range of courses under our Higher and Further education provision. Establishing yourself as a point of contact for specific university courses and external users of the team; you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and build positive and effective relationships with the wider University community, students and stakeholders this will include our external bodies.


The Person

The successful candidate will be confident and effective communicator, be able to work on their own initiative and prioritize their workload. 


Successful applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent, have previous working experience in an administrative role with excellent customer services delivery.
