The Department

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the core professional administrative team within the fast-paced Academic Administration department. The post holder will provide essential, specialist, high quality administrative support for the Academic Schools/Colleges and deliver a range of core activities throughout the student journey to enhance the student experience. 

The Role 

The post holder will cover a range of duties, ranging from supporting induction and enrolment to tracking student engagement and from holding assessment boards to being the first point of contact for any student enquiries. 

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and build positive and effective relationships with students as well as the wider University community and stakeholders, including external bodies.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and team player, able to work prioritize their own workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. 

Successful applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification, have previous administrative experience, ideally working in a HEI, and able to operate multiple IT systems.
