What will I be doing? 

The role of Programme Manager – FE provides overall leadership and management of; quality assurance and improvement, FE curriculum, performance management of academic teams, and the learning, teaching and assessment and all student outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Further Educational Practitioner who can lead FE learning, teaching and assessment across the College and enable tutors to be skilled and confident in online and blended learning delivery.

The primary aim of the role is to achieve outstanding outcomes for learners and deliver excellent learning, teaching and assessment.

What do I need to apply? 

We are looking for individuals who possess the following:

  • A higher degree and relevant Teaching qualification 
  • Proven experience of teaching across programmes and courses
  • Previous experience of FE curriculum design
  • Proven substantial management experience in an FE environment.
  • Proven experience of leading professional development in terms of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Be a clear, concise and effective communicator
