Excluding specialist providers.</p><p>** Calculated as the average of all questions, using registered populations.</p><p><strong>Department</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>The study support team at UWL provides peer mentoring, study skills support, functional skills and pre-sessional / EAP opportunities to learners.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>A developmental Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship position that provides practical experience in student support operations, peer mentoring, project coordination, and service delivery whilst working towards a recognised management qualification.&nbsp;</p><p>The successful person will be responsible for working closely with the Peer Mentoring Senior Coordinator on a regular basis to develop and deliver existing and new mentoring branches. Will gain exposure in working with the Study Skills, Functional Skills and EAP areas, when required, to broaden experience and knowledge of coordinating and delivering the full range of these activities. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for 3 years and 6 months.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Person</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a motivated and accurate worker who wishes to progress their career in the operations management sector and is keen to work within the Study Support Team at UWL while also embracing the opportunity to obtain a degree apprenticeship. You will be aiming at achieving qualifications and taking training which will position you for future roles as Operations Manager or Lead Coordinator of Operations. &nbsp;</p><p>Applicants must meet the University&#39;s and apprenticeship eligibility requirements for enrolment onto the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship programme - <a href="https://www.uwl.ac.uk/course/apprenticeship/chartered-manager?start=1730&option=366" target="_blank">BA (Hons) Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) | University of West London</a>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Apprentice&nbsp;Eligibility</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type="disc"><li>Apprentices at UWL must be aged 18 or over on the first day of the apprenticeship.&nbsp;</li><li>To be eligible for apprenticeship funding, the apprentice must normally:&nbsp;</li><li>Have the right to work in England, and&nbsp;</li><li>Meet government residency eligibility requirements, which usually include living in the UK, EEA or another eligible country for at least 3 years before the start of the apprenticeship, or&nbsp;</li><li>Hold an eligible immigration status that covers the full duration of the apprenticeship, including end-point assessment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>International /visa holders looking for sponsorship would not be eligible nor someone who had previously been in the UK prior to applying on a study visa.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Successful candidate must be available to start by Monday 17 August 2026.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How to Apply&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>To apply click on &lsquo;Apply Online&rsquo; and fill out the application form.
